Additionally, there is a bus that runs between the main villages of Chora and Mersini, which is a convenient option if you don't want to drive. Finally, there are water taxis available to take you to remote beaches or neighboring islands in the Small Cyclades. Closest airports to Schinousa

The nearest airport to Schinousa is Naxos Island National Airport (JNX). From there, you can take a ferry to Schinousa. Ferries depart from the port of Naxos Town, which is just a 10-minute drive from the airport. There are several ferry companies that operate services between Naxos Town and Schinousa, including Blue Star Ferries and Aegean Speed Lines. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can fly into Athens International Airport (ATH) and then take a ferry from Piraeus or Rafina to Schinousa.
