CANCELLATION POLICY • From the date of issue of the ticket and up to 7 days before the scheduled departure date: refund of the entire value of the ticket. • From 6 days up to 3 days before the scheduled departure date: refund of 75% of the ticket value. • From 3 days up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure time: refund of 50% of the ticket value. • From 12 hours until the scheduled departure time: the fare is non- refundable Refunds are made only by the agency where the ticket was issued. NOTE: In case of NON-APPEARANCE and in OPEN TICKETS, no refund will be given.
