Once you have selected your trip(s) and passengers you should now be in the ticket page (see below). If the ferry company you are traveling with accepts loyalty cards, you should see a loyalty card input field.
How to add my loyalty card
Many ferry companies offer loyalty programmes. With Openferry you can use your loyalty number in your booking so that you don't miss out on collecting points! With an Openferry account your loyalty cards are even saved to your passenger information so that you don't have to enter them every time you book!
A window will appear for you to enter your loyalty card number. Your number will be verified with the company and your details will automatically be entered. Note: If you are adding a loyalty number to a saved passenger please make sure that the name & date of birth of the passenger matches with the ferry company’s record.
If you want to extend the loyalty number to the vehicle, choose the passenger with the loyalty number as the driver.
If you have an Openferry account the loyalty number will be saved to the passenger for next time! Don’t worry if you haven’t created an Openferry account yet, you will be able to do so once your booking is complete with all the information you already entered.
